Technical specifications of El-Nakheel round hose: ( NON PC)
El-Nakheel hoses are made of linear Low density Polyethylene (L.L.D.P.E) to increase the life time as much as the guarantee time. El-Nakheel hoses match the standards of the American Society of the International Association For Testing & Material “PE 14 Class C as described in ASTM 1248” also it is approved by the Industry Council for Technology and Innovation “Governmental Council” and achieve the following results :
- El-Nakheel hoses are treated chemically, anti-ultraviolet, acid resistant, Alkalis, and corrosion.
- Thickness starts from 1 mm to 1.2 mm (special specifications of thicknesses are available upon request). Roundness & thickness are constant through the hose. Our hoses passed dimensions test (external diameter, thickness) also passed longitudinal reversion test (longitudinal change for hose).
- Working pressure from 1 bar to 4 bars.
- Black carbon ≥ 2.5 %.
- El-Nakheel hoses passed other tests such as mechanical tests (tensile stress break, elongation break), filler percentage, burst pressure, environmental stress cracking (cracks, surface examination).
- Suitable for palms, fruits, crops and landscape.
- Guaranteed for 5, 7 and 10 years.
El-Nakheel Internal Round Dripper’ Prosperities:
The internal round drippers are produced in El-Nakheel factory with different flow rates with various standards (American & European) that are characterized by:
- Produced with various flow rates (2, 4, 6, 8) LPH.
- Made of High Density Polyethylene material (H.D.P.E).
- Designed in a winding shape to reduce precipitations that prevents the blockage inside the dripper improving the efficiency of the irrigation network and protecting it from fertilization process.
- High resistance for different pressures and weather factors (dust, wind, soil moisture) and different temperatures from – 0 °C till 50 °C
The most important feature of (NKHL-PC) hose:
- Ensures constant water flow rate as long as the hose is running on the ground.
- The PC drippers are engaged with a self-flushing water treatment action that ensures water cleanliness from impurities. On the other hand, it contains a rubber valve to keep the required flow rate in case of pressure variation.
- Very useful for cultivation of unstable or inclined grounds.
- CV “Coefficient of Variation” is less than 0.01.
