As part of our success journey in modern irrigation domain, El-Nakheel presents flat irrigation hoses. El-Nakheel is the sole manufacturer of flat irrigation hoses in Egypt made by Egyptian hands. Also the first company to introduce flat hoses to the local market using the latest technology in modern irrigation.

This step came after a study lasted for more than 5 years after several external visits to the biggest manufacturers of flat hoses in China, India and Europe. The decision was finally made to cooperate with one of the most important European manufacturers

Advantages of El-Nakheel Flat Hose:

  1. Working pressure (1 bar) up to (3 bar) according to wall thickness where flat hoses’ diameters range (16, 18, 20 mm) & thicknesses’ range (0.15 mm to 0.50 mm).
  2. Suitable for all agricultural crops’ irrigation.
  3. Suitable for surface and subsurface drip irrigation
  4. Distance between drippers (10 cm – 100 cm), “other special specifications are available”
  5. El-Nakheel flat hoses could be laid for almost double length of round hoses, which results an abundance of sub-lines, thus lowering the total cost of the irrigation network.
  6. Saving 20% of labor cost and the required time for installing irrigation network on the surface.
  7. Innovative high velocity dripper design to keep particles in suspension and reduce clogging risk.
  8. Rolled flat hoses are easy whether manually or mechanically installed.
  9. Available flow rates (1.6 – 2.2 – 3.5) LPH.

Then came the next stage which is “Inner drippers’ Selection”. After giving a full consideration, it was agreed to produce the inner drippers, therefore El-Nakheel guarantees the quality and efficiency of the new product ”Flat hoses”, that  is manufactured by the latest machinery and contains the recent dripper technology.

  4. Manufactured by virgin polyethylene for resistance to UV and damage caused from commonly used chemicals and fertilizers.
